Your body isn’t failing. It’s asking for something you haven’t been given yet.

You can’t ignore it anymore — and you’re not even sure when it began.

All you know is that your body has been changing, sending signals you don’t fully understand yet.

One day it’s pain.

The next, exhaustion – like rest doesn’t seem to touch you.

And sometimes it’s not even discomfortjust a sense of emptiness, or a numbness you can’t quite place.

And still, you keep going.

You function. You produce. You look after others.

Life moves on.

Meanwhile, your body keeps holding everything in.

You’ve looked for answers.

You’ve tried different things.

But nothing has supported you in a way that actually feels real.

And beneath all of it, there’s a quiet knowing:

There’s something deeper happeningsomething your body has been trying to communicate for a while now.

Do any of these sound familiar?

You wake up already tired, as if rest never really reached you.

You feel bloated for no reason and your tummy feels like an uncomfortable weight always in the way.

You’re fighting a cycle you don’t seem to understand. It changes suddenly, it hurts and it feels like it takes you out of rhythm.

You’ve been to the doctors and left the same as you arrived: lots of questions, some more drugs, and no answers. “Everything is normal” they said.

Your sense of desire has faded without a goodbye.

You carry emotions in your body that make your abdomen tight and your pelvis as locked as a security chamber.

Your digestion gets heavy, slow, foggy… just like your brain.

Sometimes, you feel an old sadness you’re not 100% sure where it comes from.

You feel like you’re holding things in your body, but you’re not sure what it is or how to release.

And even though you’re not “ill”, you know this is not health.

And in the middle of all this… life goes on.

You keep going.

You produce.

You look after others.

You keep things together.

But inside, something feels off.

And every time your body speaks up, it’s harder to keep it quiet.

I’m not here to “fix you”.
I’m here to give you the user manual back. Not mine, yours.

I know — you must be fed up with trying things.

Supplements. Routines. Workouts. Therapies, Instagram hacks. Gurus in white coats. Coaches in white tunics.

And in the meantime, you are exhausted, bloated and stuck in a constant war with your cycle and hormones.

That’s why this isn’t  a quick fix.

It is a different way of working with you — walking alongside you, not ahead of you.

A place where your body and your individuality matter more than any protocol.

Where your life story and circumstances sit in the very centre of the journey.

Where we slow down enough to listen before intervening.

This is a place where your energy is not ignored and you remain the one making the choices.

So how does this actually happen?

We don’t start with a protocol.

We start with you.

Your story. Your symptoms. Your pace.

With listening and reading your body — not just lecturing or correcting you.

With touch, only when it makes sense.

With guidance that helps you make sense of what your body is asking for.

There’s no fixed sequence to follow.

This work happens slowly and with purpose — sometimes moving backwards to move forward.

We pay attention, respond, and recalibrate as your body changes.

Because your nervous system doesn’t respond to pressure — it responds to safety.

What changes when you work this way

You begin to understand what your symptoms are really trying to say.

Your body slowly stops feeling like a stranger — and can start feeling like home again.

With that understanding, you start to develop personal tools to support your body’s natural ability to heal — by working with it, not against it.

Over time, certain things may begin to shift.

Your cycle can soften. Digestion feels lighter. Rest actually restores. Desire returns quietly. And so does trust.

Every process begins with listening.

Before we begin, I take time to hear what your body is asking for — through your words, your questions, and what has brought you here.

This first contact doesn’t require you to explain everything or have it all figured out.

It’s simply a starting point — a way to arrive as you are.

From there, we can decide together how to begin, and how much depth is needed for the work ahead.

Some women begin with the body. Others with a conversation. Others know they’re ready for a longer process. You decide.

Individual integration and closing ceremony using rebozo bodywork

Integration and closing ceremony

An individual ceremony to integrate and consciously close experiences with bodily, emotional and symbolic weight.

Held with intention and unhurried presence, this ceremony allows what has been lived to be honoured, settled and carried forward without fragmentation.

Held individually · Limited spaces

There’s no “right” place to start.

Because this isn’t about following a system.

It’s about coming back into a relationship with your body — with support, clarity, and real presence.

Why I do this work?

I didn’t create this service because I had a sudden awakening while doing yoga under a full moon.

I created it because I experienced, in my own skin, what happens when you don’t understand what your body is asking for —and what begins to change when you start listening.

The pain.
The exhaustion.
Cycles that made no sense.
Symptoms that slowly became my “normal.”

Trying to fit into a system that doesn’t respect cyclical physiology pushed my body further out of balance —
and I kept pretending everything was fine.

Until the moment you realise you’re just surviving —
moving, doing, coping — but not really living.

And I noticed it was not just me:

Friends.
Clients.
Colleagues.

Always the same pattern: women surviving their bodies instead of being supported to understand them.

That’s why I created this space — not as a solution, but as an alternative way of relating to the body, so women don’t have to walk this path alone.

What I’ve always found most frustrating is how often:

✔︎  Symptoms are medicalised without looking at the root cause.

✔︎  The body is treated as disconnected compartments instead of a whole system.

✔︎  Women are infantilised or met with paternalism from “experts”.

✔︎  Stress, emotions and lived experience are dismissed as irrelevant to health.

That’s why I don’t work with generic formulas.

I don’t give you a 12-step plan to become your “best version.”

I offer something far less common: space, presence and clarity — along with tools that respect what matters the most:  your rhythm, your story, and your energy.

This is what some women shared after giving their bodies space to speak.

These are real messages, shared privately after sessions — not written to be published, not edited, not polished.

The ceremony helped me close the birth experience in a deep and meaningful way.
I felt more present, grounded and connected to myself as a mother.
It allowed me to integrate what I had lived and step into this new stage with more strength and calm.

— Sandra, postpartum

I felt deeply listened to and supported.
I began to understand the connection between my body, my emotions and my cycle.
The process helped me feel more informed, empowered and able to care for myself.

— Nicola, menstrual health

I needed respectful, woman-to-woman support during pregnancy and birth.
Her voice, touch and presence were deeply comforting.
I felt supported before, during and after the birth in a way that felt natural and non-medicalised.

— Anna, birth support

I felt cared for with warmth, respect and presence throughout the treatment.
The work supported my body gently, without force.
Afterwards, I noticed more ease and balance in my cycle and digestion.

— Mirjam, cyclical health

Would you like to stay in touch?

Sometimes we need time to say “YES” — a real, honest yes to ourselves.

That’s why I’m not asking you to make up your mind just now.

There’s nothing to decide, and nothing to commit to.

I just don’t want you to slip away unnoticed.

If it helps, you can stay close.

Join my mailing list and I’ll write to you the way I’d write to a friend —

with presence, honesty, and without noise.

I write about

✔︎ real women’s health

✔︎ what the body is communicating beneath symptoms, stress and fatigue

✔︎ what happens in the body — and the mind — when no one is looking

✔︎ what I’ve learnt by listening, over and over again, to women’s bodies

And you’ll be the first to know when spaces are open, offerings are released,

or something is shared only within this circle.

Because this isn’t a newsletter.

It’s an ongoing conversation — written slowly, from lived experience, not content calendars.

If you’d like to receive the first letter, you’re welcome here.
