By accessing our website and utilizing our services, including in-person massage therapies and online health consultations, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review these terms carefully before booking or using any of our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask you to refrain from using our website and services.

1. Services Provided

LaEspiral Holistics offers a comprehensive range of professional services, including in-person massage therapies and online health consultations. These services are provided by a highly qualified professional and include the following:

  • Massage Therapies:Myofascial Release, Abdominal Massage, Holistic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Postnatal Massage, Rebozo Release Massage, traditional massage. 
  • Online Health Consultations: Integrative Detox Programs, Integrative and Ancestral Gynecology.

Description of Services:

  • Consultations:Online health consultations are provided by an accredited professional at LaEspiral Holistics. These consultations are conducted via video call, during which the professional gathers relevant clinical information from the client necessary to proceed with the consultation. It is important to note that online consultations have certain limitations, such as the inability to perform a full physical examination or comprehensive anthropometric measurements. Photos may be requested from the consultee.
  • Certificates and Reports:The professional may provide the client with certificates and reports related to the treatment or information discussed during the consultation. However, these certificates are not valid for presentation to official institutions and should not be considered as medical reports or treatment prescriptions.
  • Recommendations for Tests:The professional may recommend additional tests or examinations as part of the consultation process.

Responsibility:

  • Any information provided during the sessions should not be considered medical advice, and dietary recommendations offered during consultations are not equivalent to a prescribed diet from a licensed nutritionist.
  • None of the natural therapies applied are considered medical treatments and are not intended to cure any pathology or disease. These therapies should not replace any medical or pharmacological treatments prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Natural supplementation recommended during the sessions does not replace any medical or pharmacological treatments.
  • Clients are strongly advised to consult with their physician before beginning any natural therapy or supplementation.
  • Participation in natural therapies and the application of techniques discussed during the sessions is voluntary and done at the client’s own risk and responsibility.

These services are delivered with the utmost professionalism and care, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality support within the scope of holistic health practices.

  1. Booking and Payment
  • Booking: All services must be booked through our online platform.
  • Payment: Payments are processed securely through STRIPE and are required in full at the time of booking. This is the sole accepted method of payment.
  • Refund Policy: Clients may request a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Full refund for cancellations made 72 hours or more before the appointment.
    • 50% refund for cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before the appointment.
    • No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
  • Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of half or the full payment, depending on the notice provided.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • For In-Person Services:
    • Clients are expected to arrive on time, in a hygienic condition appropriate for receiving a massage, and dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for the therapy.
  • For Online Consultations:
    • Clients must ensure they have timely access to a device equipped with a functioning microphone and camera.
  • Intake Form: Prior to any service, clients are required to complete an intake form with accurate and complete information.
  • Disclosure of Medical Conditions: Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to skin conditions and musculoskeletal injuries, both current and past.
  1. Provider Responsibilities
  • Service Quality: LaEspiral Holistics is committed to delivering services with the highest level of professionalism and care. However, given the holistic nature of our services, outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Confidentiality: All client interactions and information shared during sessions will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
  1. Liability

LaEspiral Holistics is fully insured by Balens for liability. While we strive to provide safe and beneficial services, LaEspiral Holistics will not be held liable for any adverse outcomes unless directly resulting from our negligence.

  1. Privacy and Data Handling
  • Data Protection: All client data and personal information are handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Security: Client information is stored securely in password-protected folders and is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share or sell client data to third parties.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Ownership: All materials provided by LaEspiral Holistics, including but not limited to documents, dietary suggestions, recommendations, and any written or recorded content, are protected under intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of LaEspiral Holistics.
  • Usage: Clients are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing any materials provided by LaEspiral Holistics without explicit written consent.
  1. Use of Website
  • Acceptable Use: Clients are expected to use the website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws. Unauthorized use, including attempts to hack or disrupt the service, will result in legal action.
  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

LaEspiral Holistics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and clients will be notified via email or other appropriate channels. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
